What is important for you in the vision of yourself, in the goals you're imagining to achieve? Let's connect your goals with your values and beliefs. This will give you the right power and energy to embark in your journey and sustain yourself during your transformation. What's valuable for you, now, in this very moment of your life?
3 EXPLORE deeply
I'll ask you tailor-made questions, mirror your words, allow for silence so that you can perceive and know your light and dark shadows, those aspects and resources of you it's hard to see alone. We'll let them emerge and you'll see how they impact your life, find out how to make the most of them to reach your goals and become the person you're meant to be. What's self-revelation to you?
Now that you are enriched by the awarness and insights you have gained so far, you can choose what to actually do in order to reach your goal. What's your first step after the closing of the current coaching session?
5 ALIGN your ACTIONS
Our thoughts, feelings and beliefs impact and shape our attitudes, actions and the whole life. At this stage of your coaching journey, you are aware of this. That's the moment in the session when we partner so that you can consciously align your outer actions with who you are. It will sustain you and make you accountable in your everyday life, between one session and the other.
6 CELEBRATE yourself
Every single step is worth while celebrating. Celebration means acknowledging and say "hurray!" for the insights you got, the new learning, your true committment to your plan of actions. In short, celebrating means being grateful for your inner and outer risources, for who you are, now. What's celebrating for you? How do you love celebrating?
7 ACT and SHARE
The single session is over now. You're in your everyday life. It's high time you took the steps you've planned and made the change you've being going through visible to you and to all. During a coaching program you develop a new way of being who you are. That's a richness it's worthwhile sharing for your own sake and all the world's. Thank you for the journey we have taken together and for your contribution to add beauty and richness to your own life, to mine and to the entire World.
